My wife left me one year back and now she filed section 9 case against me. I recieved court notice to attend hearing on particular date but it doesn't have points. nCan I see what points she mentioned in the case through online?nnHow to handle this false case on me? I am not interested. She openly said in-front of family members that not interested to continue. n nShe claiming that sexual harassment, but reality is separating me from day 1 of marriagebecause its forced marriage to her, after parents counselling we had sex for few times with my interest only. nShe is at her home from day 1. After 3 months she spent one week in a month another next 3 months. n nAfter that she went for job purpose and not returned back. From last one year she is not coming back, not coming for mutual divorce. So I filed section 13 1(a) on her. Please suggest how to handle these cases.

section 9 is restitution of conjugal rights, she had applied to take her to your home. If you want you can simply accept to take her to your home. And if you deny then she can file divorce on the basis of this. for more details contact me Adv Ranjeet Sonker
