first u file a divorce petition in the family court and if she is ready to come to you or not will become very clear to you also if there is a property which I feel is the reason why she is not giving you divorce for that you file a civil suit a suit of partition of the property and if she has invested some amount of money into it then she will get that property else you can find and injunction suite where and you can say that the whole property is by you and you have just included her name for more enquiry you can contact me directly

The woman cannot stake any claim at the time of divorce under the existing Hindu law, the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The fact that the property was bought after the marriage would not have any bearing on the subject. Simply put, a wife can stake no claim on her husband’s self-acquired property if they decide to divorce.
