My wife had filed a Dv case on me earlier and I just found it out. We have not received any notice from the court or heard from her lawyer till date. As per the online search found out that she has file case under 12, 18 a b, 18 d f, 19 (8),20,22 by her lawyer. nWe have never taken or demanded a penny from the girl's side. Had been staying apart since years now. I stay abroad she stays in India, Tamil Nadu. nOnline status shows two dates of hearing passed. With both of purpose of hearing states: service pending. nnnAnd when checked in depth on the last date of hearing it shows petitioner absent sent fresh notice r1 and r3 though protection office and the next hearing date. Can anyone brief me on this

as per the domestic violence case you should contest the case so far the court is trying to serve someone on your part and you are awading the someone's I think there are two or three accused in the case and one of you is in the abroad so as for you who are you in abroad they will see the alternate method of giving someone as per the persons who are in India if the avoid the some months the alternative procedure will be followed and in absence of you the case will be decided I think they will ask residential order and for the economic abuse and other abuses they can see compensation before the domestic violence Court so it is better came forward and contest a kiss otherwise it will be against you

It looks like your wife has filed domestic violence case against you and your family members seeking several reliefs. Notice has not been served on the respondents so far. Therefore the case is getting adjourned. Now that you have knowledge about the case you can engage an advocate to proceed with the case.
