I am living in an apartment in madipakkam Chennai which has 6 flats in it.We have a common Covered Car Parking shared by all of us. There is no mention of Car parking in none of our Sale deed.Now the Flat owner (Builder) who is owning 320 Sq. Ft claiming more Car parking space than us.How can we resolve this issue legally ? Also How do we come to a conclusion about How much space has to be allocated for each flat owners . Is will be decided based on the no of Sq. Ft they own ?

As per the online search found out that she has file case under 12, 18 a b, 18 d f, 19 (8),20,22 by her lawyer. nWe have never taken or demanded a penny from the girl's side. Had been staying apart since years now. I stay abroad she stays in India, Tamil Nadu. nOnline status shows two dates of hearing passed. With both of purpose of hearing states: service pending. nnnAnd when checked in depth on the last date of hearing it shows petitioner absent sent fresh notice r1 and r3 though protection office and the next hearing date. Me and my wife separated for 2 years.. I have filed RCR.. She did not attend that case.. So expartee order came for me.. Later she filed false dv case against me.. Then in lok adalt we made compromise and gave only advance amount to her and we make a deal that once she filed divorce case ,balance amount and her things will be given to her..So she withdrwan the dv case petition.. Now she is not applying divorce.. While applying dv case by her i worked in private college.. Now recently i got govt job.. But she also a govt employee before marriage and continuing for more than six year.. She is money minded people.. No kids for us.. She is living alone in her native place.. What should i do now? Can i go for contested divorces.. If so will she again ask any money from me..
