what legal ways i an explore to counter my case against me of having affair with a minor girl for me and harassment against my mother? what immediate steps should i take?

hi first need to see the contents of the complaint given and the contents in it and then you could file quash petition saying that the allegations are false and baseless and that you were not connected to the case

If your wife filled a 498a on u and ur parents then go to high court for quash if you have evidence then submit in high court and get out of it…. Approach us we will help you in this case we need proofs stating you are not culprit you area victim
