My wife filed a fake FIR against me and my mother under 85/117,3(5) BN


02-Apr-2025 (In Divorce Law)
She filed an FIR on 16th March and not even allowing me to talk to my son from 10th March, I don't want to take any step as I haven't done any crime,I just want to talk to my son daily ,this is not possible for me to live without him, i have done everything for my son from the day one as a father and mother too... Please help me if there is an way...

dear client as per your query since you are not allowed by your wife to talk to your son so , you can apply for a custody case so that at least you get an order from court to talk or meet your son whatsoever if possible..

Now that matter has been brought before the Court, so if you do anything by your own, it may go against you. As she started this fake FIR, you should also file a petition before the Court regarding the custody of your child and other things. As soon you filed any case against her, she may contest the case. Moreover, you have to approach the concerned authority so that they should know about your version.

Hello, First if your wife filed an FIR , then you can take bail and after such you can file a case of guardianship or take custody of the child, and I am giving the assumption that your wife with the help of her lawyer can file so many cases regarding maintenance, mex, DV, Divorce etc. it's a long time discussion, please feel free to contact me for further details, i will guide you legally.

First u have to surrender before the LD court & take bail .. after that U can direct file misc case before the Ld. Court to get back or to visit your son through ur lawyer. U also have other options .. for more details please contact me on WhatsApp or contact in call.. thank u
