Hello sir/madam,
My wife file a domestic violence case against me, my father ( who is blind) , and my sister ( who is married in other city. What I can do? We are do nothing with her. But she make a fake case against us. How I protect my family from this .
Even if you are innocent, you are still required to face litigation and establish before the Hon’ble Court that your father and family are innocent and have committed no wrongdoing. You may also explore the option of mediation to ascertain whether an amicable settlement can be reached between the parties. Furthermore, the Domestic Incident Report submitted by the Protection Officer will be examined to determine whether the allegations made by the aggrieved person are substantiated by any actual incidents or evidence.

Quashing can be filed against the charges on father and sister in the High court to cancell the FIR or Droping of charges can also be prayed before the court. If the lower court does not agree a revision can be bought before the high court to drop charges. as per your situation there are good chances of success
