Q: Husband wants divorce but I dont

My husband wants divorce from me. We got married 4 and half year ago and we have a daughter also. My husband complained to SSP office and now our case went to mediation. Already they called us 5 times. Now tommorrow is date of last hearing. They can give decision for 6 Months seperation. Is there decision binding on us? What will the influence of this in case husband files in court for divorce. It will have negative impact on case as I don't want to get seperate. Please help

hello, if you marry an Indian citizen you can apply for Indian citizenship immediately and as soon as you become an Indian citizen you can buy property in your name. The process of buying a property is not too long and will take one or two days once we know who is the buyer and who is the seller and we do have all the documents of the previous ownership with us. There is nothing like you have to wait for three years before you could sell the property you bought in India

I, the husband, have self acquired property before marriage and also the ancestral one. in case of divorce, what will happen. Presently, we are living in ancestral property. Can we legally take some other property on rent and move out of the ancestral property.
