my wife do not want to live with me but not ready to give me divorce

Sir, meri wife ne mujhe bahut jyada paresaan karke rakha he. meri wife ek govt employee he. wo mujhe blackmail karti he , false allegations lagati he, and uska behaviour bhi unbearable he . ye log mujhe mentally aur physically torture karte he aur mujhe mere parents se alag karne ki planing kar rahe he . mere parents aged he mujhe bhi apne parents ki care karni he . meri first wife ne suicide kiya tha aur uska dowery death ki appeal highcourt me chal raha he. mujhe lower court ne 4 saal ka punishment diya h.
ye mere upr dowry ka case karne ki dhamki deti he .... mujhe apne liye kya karna chahiye jisse me divorce ke liye apply karu to ye mere upr case na kar paaye ... meri dusri shaadi ko 2 years ho gaye he aur shaadi ke baad ek baar bhi mere parents ke sath nahi rahi he aur na hi mili he to kya ye meri family ke upr bhi dowry ka case kar sakti he . ye meri family ke saath bhi nahi rahti he. please help
hello sir, u can file a complaint at nearby police station and then file for divorce in the court. yes it's true aapki responsibility Banti hai Apne parents ke taraf and agar aapki wife aaPko zabardasti alag hone ki baat kare toh you can file for divorce on this ground as well.

hello client hru. as i have read . the problem ur facing is seems to be very much problamatic for you as wellnas it will lead a serious complication in ur appeal in high court which is pending. in my view you need to take apprpiate action urgently in a legal manner tht your wife is not able to alligate you in any manner . so it can not affect you your existing cases . you have to act in a manner tht you should not at all get affected by this second marriage issues.
