My Wife cheated on me even after confession so I want to divorce her

Hi, My wife has cheated on me and we stayed in same house for 6 months but for one month from now we are not living together as things are out of control and she is putting false allegation on me though she hasn't gone for legal thing but over the msg and calls she is giving threats to me that she will file a case on me for maintenance and child custodynPlease tell me how can i divorce her without getting involved for maintenance.

If your wife’s behaviour is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce. But you must do it first before she files anything against you. You can file divorce against her on the grounds of cruelty. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if you can prove her cheating she may not get maintaince.... if she is earning then too she may not get maintaince.... gather proof of both and file fir divorce.....approach court before she does to hv upper hand

At the foremost I would advise you to file An intallah peshbandi application with the concerned authorities as a precaution. This document will be Used as a mother document in all future transactions. Further cheating tantamount to cruelty basis which you can seek divorce
