You can seek a Unilateral Divorce on the ground of Adultery. If you will be able to prove her Adultery before Court, you will not be required to pay Maintenance and Alimony to her + you will be able to get Unilateral Divorce too.

If you have decided to part ways and to break the marriage then you may very well file divorce case on the ground of cruelty as her extra marital affair amounts to cruelty provided that you have proofs to substantiate claim

it is always good to get decree of divorce by mutual consent. just wait and watch her all activity and collect evidences which will prove adultary in court. do not react with her harshly or fight . you need to push it slowly till her mind get ready for mutual . if you need further guidance on this matter please call us or write again.

Hi, Their are some ways which are suitable in your case 1) Try collect some evidence like photos, video or any chat's which will help in your case 2) If she is not ready for mutual Divorce then send advocate notice in which ask Divorce give her 5 to 10 days and after her reply you will get to know what's in her mind. 3)Their are some chances where she can file some cases like 498A which is criminal case so for precaution purpose the best option that you have is to file Divorce 4)If she is working and you don't have kids then their is less chance that she will get alimony and maintainance. 5) For few more options for your Disputes then contact us

Well, if she has cheated on you by indulging physically with any other Man, you can seek Unilateral Divorce from her at the max by filing a Divorce Petition in the Court by proving her Adultery. If Afultery gets proved, you neither have to pay Maintenance nor Alimony to your Wife.
