My sister going through domestic voilance, demand of dowry.

Hi Experts,nMy sister is going through domestic violence in her laws house for last 4 yeas right after her marriage. They also demand for dowry. She was bearing everything since then without telling us. Husband abuse her in all way. nKindly suggest us what can we do in this matter?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that your sister have to first decide if she wants to be with her husband or not if there is a complaint then she has to persue this as too many litigation will not help if she wants to settle down for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents

Firstly matter in which district and you can file a case Domestic Violence, 498a and maintenance crpc 125 and if you want how to file application in court and all case running in magistrate in your district court then you can contact me

In this case you can file so many cases against him 1. File Dowry case in front of police if police not listen your problem then you can file dowry case in court 2. File domestic Violence case 3.maintinance case 4. 406 breach of trust case

your sister is under torture by the husband and relatives of the husbands you can login FIR for the dowry and quality apart you can file two petition in the concerned and competent court one petition under section 12 and 23 domestic violence Act and for the maintenance contemporary you can file case under section 12 procedure code this to petition will be helpful
