My marriage is not registered,alao o don't have any Pic.i have a daughter who is now 5 years old.I am living separately from husbd since feb2018.recetly his mother passed away so I had to stay there for 4 days, 3 nights.....ow he is threating me that he will send my brother and mother jail ( I have been staying with them since Feb 2018)if I don't come back....how can I take it further, as I don't want to stay with him....also he has not spent a single penny on my daughter yet....pls advise
If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for DV in the court. In that you will be provided monthly maintenance for yourself as well as for your daughter. In your case he can not send anyone to jail from your family including you for any offence if you want to live separate whether married to him legally or not you have right under the law to live separately with your daughter. You can file for a divorce also
