In the event you have been harassed by your in laws and your husband, under the law you have remedy to initiate complaint against them under domestic violence act in addition to police complaint for cruelty. In the event you do not want divorce, you can contest the same before the court & communicate to court that you do not want divorce and want to stay with your husband (If that is the case). FOr more specific advice you may contact me with more specific details of your case

If you also want divorce then go for mutual one and also get maintainance from your husband for you and for your baby. And that is also a mutual thing how much he earns and how his financial background is.everthing depends on his financial condition and main thin is he agree with all terms and condition.

You can get interim maintenance as well as maintenance from your husband for yourself as well as your children. you can ask for compensation for harassment also against your in laws. You can share details of harassment ie whether economic, verbal or physical etc so that court proceedings can be initiated against them.
