My husband want to get rid of us me n my son and forcing

Forcing for mutual divorce by offering 5 lakh as out of court settlement he is not with us since i conceived the baby. What should i do. His net worth is more than 5 crores

Don't accept the mutual offer. Instead file for maintenance for both yourself and baby. How old is baby ? It would be better if you are having details of his assets. Sec. 125 Cr. P. C. will give you quick orders. You can try regular maintenance later.

1. 1. the mutual divorce is granted based on the wishes and consent of the parties divorce is granted. 2. in divorce case you can get maintenance for you and child, alimony and compensation. 3. demand your husband to pay in cr for both you and child.

You send the legal notice first to him for mutual divorce along with permanent alimony of 5 crore. If he is not agreed then you contest the case but you should prove his income through the documents. If you need more advice please contact me.

you better file a case for maintenance under domestic violence act and do not agree for divorce, further as he is having property worth 5 crores it is not advisable to accept the offer, better file case of domestic violence, and ifhe intends to get divorce let him file it, you can contest the divorce petition and get it dismissed. it is not easy to get divorce better say no for divorce and file maintenance and restitution case in family court.
