My husband is a gay..i went to register FIR 498a

My husband is a gay I went to register 498a against him but he is not listening to police also.as he comes from police background in family so he is trying best to pressurize police nd not to register 498 in this case wht shld i do.

after you file police complaint in police station, if the police does not file FIR in the case, you have to first approach the Superintendent Police and then you have to file complaint directly before Magistrate Court. The Court will direct the police to file FIR in the case, if there is substance in the matter.
