My husband has put false allegations of drinking and having an affair

Hello I got married 4 months back to an NRI. Who lives in Australia has absconded me and gone back to Australia and his parents are not supporting at all. Since the day of Marriage, he and his family have been demanding more and more dowry within 2 months of Marriage he used me to fulfill his needs, and one day he got to know that my father had sold that house which was in my name on that day he has put all the allegation on me and force me to have blood check-up in the middle of the night by

As you told that you were married 4 months ago to an NRI who lives in Australia and after a few days of marriage, his family started demanding dowry from you and started accusing you of lying, allegation of drinking alcohol etc. You did not write in your problem that both of you are now living together or both have separated. If your husband has separated you by harassing, beating and making all kinds of allegations, then you can file a complaint of domestic violence against him. File a case under and also file a case under dowry harassment

you can file n FIR of dowry case and some sexual offences case, if husband is in Australia you can consult to the embassy of Australia in New Delhi and issue a letter of patent in the name of husband this will be served in Australia and under the Indian and Australian treaty, police of Australia will catch in hand over to the Indian police and surrender him to the court sent into the jail
