My husband has left home and is staying in Hyderabad since 2 years.

My husband has taken away all things from our flat by breaking open the door in my absence and has intimidated me. He threatens me that he would kill me if I lodge a complaint. I want to file a cruelty case or DV case. I want to know whether I should file DV or cruelty case, so that he should be punished by law

I understand your questions so now you want to lodge a case against him so he was stolen all your valuable thinks and he staing I'm Hidrabadh right yes it is possible to file a criminal case and domestice voilance and dowry harasement case also if you need maintaimance you will file the cimis case also so thank you for asking questions

if you have enough proof of cruelty you can file but you should have patience to follow up and conduct the case and give every support to the lawyer. otherwise if you think with this person it is not possible to stay, you can take mutual divorce and move out of the relation and let him do whatever he wants. if you want you can ask alimony also.

Dear Madam, First file theft case against your husband as he had broken the doors of your house and stolen all the household articles and valuables from your house. Then file maintenance case in Domestic Violence case. Thus, you may get some relief.

hi, you can file domestic violence case and also if you wish you can register dowry harassment complaint and also if you are looking for divorce, you can file it and since your husband is not staying with you for more than 2 years then desertion grounds attracts
