My husband don't pay maintenance.

Sir I am divorced woman and my husband don't pay any maintenance.they actually go to UK by permanent visa and he don't have any property in India and don't pay single rupee to me. And I file crpc 125 complain again him but police say this is not big crime case to we action against him because he is in foreign What can I do.

you need to immediately file an application under section 125 CrPC before the concerned court and pray for maintenance from your husband. will need more details to advice you any further on the issue of maintenance and how much can you claim etc

hello mam as i can see ur issues is serious in nature as you are saying that your husband is not present in india he have ran away to U K. so in this matter moving to high court is the best option to save your time and your action can directly be taken bybtye honble high court. to bring himnback to india and make him to pay your maintenNce dues.

You continue to maintain your case against your husband in court, declare him proclaimed offender, register FIR against him for being Proclaimed Offender, send communication to British High Commission regarding accused, have contacts in UK, find an appropriate person who may render you help in UK, involve MHA and MEA

You can file case of maintenance under the section 125(1) CrPC in your local jurisdiction.
You can make application to the concerning embassy regarding your case against your husband.

U can file execution application n court will issue notice …police can also go for red corner notice ….however u can b in touch with us for more information..we need more information on this case ..u should hv gone for DV case

125 crpc cannot be filed before police. it has to be filed in court and it is not a complaint as such. it is an application to seek maintenance. The court can grant you interim/immediate/temporary or final maintenance, and pass appropriate directions to recover the same , which includes attachment of your husband's property and even arrest in some cases
