Q: What to do if police is not filing chargesheet ?
Police is investigating my case related to cheating breach of trust etc. I am the complainant. FIR was filed by police on the orders of court 156(3) in the month of September 2020. I have heard of many cases where police not filing charge sheet for many years. How do I ensure that police files a charge sheet in my case. I don't want my case to be stuck with police for too long. I don't want to give any bribe ,etc. to police etc. Kindly suggest something. Thanks.

Dear ClientFrom your question regarding the delay of charge Sheet.You can file the Status Report about your FIR in the concerning Court of Jurisdiction.The court may order concerning SHO ,police station and ask them to file the Status Report with in the time frame.You donot need to bribe any officer . Sir I am divorced woman and my husband don't pay any maintenance.they actually go to UK by permanent visa and he don't have any property in India and don't pay single rupee to me. And I file crpc 125 complain again him but police say this is not big crime case to we action against him because he is in foreign What can I do.

Dear Client,Without divorce second marriage is an offence under section 494 of ipc. . Section 17 Hindu marriage act says that any marriage between Hindus is void if on the date of such marriage, either party had a husband or wife living. The same is punishable under Section 494 and 495, IPC.

Q: I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 yr kid
I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 year old kid, but my wife is not ready and She wants to get divorced. She has moved to her parents house to Punjab so it's not even possible for me to visit or see my child easily. How can I stop the divorce from happening? I really don't want to go through the divorce and get separated from my child. Her moving to a different city will anyways make it very difficult for me to meet my child.
