About my baby, I crossed one and half year in my marriage life I felt only lot of depressions and bad things. Now it's just 1 month after my delivery. So with whom my baby should be grown up.
Mother has right. if male child after 12 years they can go with Father. if female child after 18 years she can go with Father. otherwise up to above-mentioned period child should be care and custody of mother. Father cannot claim custody of child, only visiting rights they can get on weekends.

By default a child should be with the mother. go forward and file a Custody Petition in Family Court and ascertain your rights. Do not wait for the child to grow, then very many factors come into play in deciding the facts whether the child should be with the mother ir father.
