you can go with permission from the concern court. as per the new ruling from Madras High court judgement you obtain permission from court and go abroad with stipulated time. or you can approach court for speedy trial. if speedy trial you can approach high court for direction to speedy trail.

Hi, I have made an agreement with a contractor for buying a home for 12 lakhs. Agreement period is three months and the agreement date is going to end by next week. Its mentioned as ' if I withdraw before the 3 months I. e. Before the agreement end, he has to give me the amount with 1 lakh reduced.. Like he has to give me 11 lakhs. If suppose he withdraws, he have to give me my amount with one lakh increased. Like he has to give me 13 lakhs.. So, Due to corona crisis I was not able to arrange the money.. Hence I told him that I'm going to withdraw.. But he is delaying to give the amount 11 lakh to me now.. Is the agreement valid after the agreement period.. Can I file a case on him saying that he didn't repay my amount?

every agreement has a time limit for 3 years from the date you enter. you can file case against him. original agreement is mandatory to file case. you hav to pay a court fee of 33000 thousand, surely you will get back your hard earned money.

you can file domestic violence case in judicial magistrate court through lawyer. Even you directly file complaint before the magistrate or all women's police station. or you can write a online complaint in police website. or mail to police officials

Mother has right. if male child after 12 years they can go with Father. if female child after 18 years she can go with Father. otherwise up to above-mentioned period child should be care and custody of mother. Father cannot claim custody of child, only visiting rights they can get on weekends.

Q: Cancel settlement deed now for my sister,she got divorce also,

My sister gave settlement deed to her husband before 8 years, she didn't get any money for that, before 6 years she got divorce also,can she cancel the settlement deed now?What is the procedure for this? Is there any ways for return her money from her husband

yes , you can approach the competent court to cancel the settlement deed. it was easy during the divorce proceedings. now it is complete ,so it can take time to cancel the deed. only way to approach the competent court with knowledgeable and experience advocate
