apke advocate ki salah theek nahi hai. second motion se pehle se dono parties ko apne apne case wapas lene apdte hai. isiliye apko yahi advice dunga ki apne saare mukadmein waaps le le aur fir second motion ke liye proceed kare

I have seen your query carefully and found that you have filed a divorce petition on the basis of mutual consent under Section 13B of hindu marriage act. for mutual consent divorce it is necessary to withdraw all the pending cases before filing the second motion. you should take precautions only filing a written memorandum of understanding and all the terms and conditions should be written in this memorandum of understanding duly signed by both the parties. The family court will grant the decree of divorce after withdrawal of all the pending cases on the basis of this written memorandum of understanding. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation

(1) court 18 month tk unka wait kregi ydi nhi ate h tb apko divorce de degi (2)or jab apko divorce lena hi h tb aap apna case khtm kra dijiye usse koi frk nhi pdhta kyuki second motion me show krna hoga koi case pending to nhi h isliye apko pehle ye 498 wala case khtm krna hoga
