Mutual Divorce after 3 years and 1 kid

My wife and I decided to file a divorce with mutual consent. As we both are working, she is not asking for alimony but I would like to know what is the approx. amount I should pay as lum sum as child support or per month?nnMy earning: 16 Lac/AnnumnWifes: 20 Lac/Annum

If your wife is earning more then you then you are not bound to give her maintenance but if you wish to give her in the name of your child then you can make a settlement deed in which all the terms and conditions will be mentioned for alimony and divorce. The Principal for child support is simple add all income and give child in ratio of earning or I can dived expenses depending upon ur understanding not more that 25 percent of your income to be paid in any case u can decide and we can have further discussion

sir it is a mutual decision to pay the alimony in mutual divorce case. in my opinion dont pay the monthly maintenance instead pay a lum sum amount as per your financial condition. you can pay half of your per annum salary for that purpose.
