Mutual divorce after 3 months from date of marriage

Got married on March 10th 2019. lived together for 3 months. My wife dont want to continue this relationship and there is no specific reason for it. I agreed with her. Now she stays in her hometown. Will i get immediate divorce or i need to wait till next march ?? We didn't register our marriage. Its an arranged marriage. Do we need to file for Judicial separation before filing divorce or not necessary?? Judicial seperation is must or not?. To file a mutual consent divorce whether it should be of one year separation or expire of one year marriage duration? if we file mutual consent divorce after one year of marriage, how long will it take to get a divorce decree?? Will i get immediately? Kindly advise.
