Mutual divorce 1st motion filed but wife refuse to complete 2nd motion

mutual consent divorce filed and first motion complete and half alimony paid but now her lawyer said she will not complete 2nd motion and want to withdraw what I do now I m very depressed to take divorce
You can always ask your wife to return the amount of 13.b however that would depend purely on drafting of your compromise and case but now its also settled how much she will ask for now thats final go for cruelty proceedings as well as recovery depending upon your case and drafting

There are two ways..one you can file petition u.s.142 of constitution in sureme court and get divorce and second is that if she doesnt come on date of hearing then you may flile divorce petition u.s. 13 of HMA in distt. Courts
