Your question is related to your own advocate and if he doesn’t know about these things then you must Change your …and if you just want to have second opinion then you are doubting the integrity of your present advocate which you must not do …! Thanks

Yes…either party is at the liberty to withdraw his/her case anytime after filing of the court case. A separate evidence will be recorded regarding the withdrawal of the case. For more legal assistance I will be just a call away.

No after change your statement before the court then you can not reverse the matter before the court. you can give affidavit to your wife regarding compromise. After second motion you compromise your matter 420

ji Nahin aap FIR Wapas lene ke bad Dobara Usi stage se start nahin kar sakte aap Court mein yah ground Le sakte hain ki aapki wife aap per FIR Wapas lene ka pressure banaa rahi hai aapko FIR Wapas ni leni chahie

Ye aapke advocate ko dekhma chahiye tha ki pending cases withdraw na kre jb tk second motion nhi ho jata ya fr is tarike se case file kra chahiyetha jisse ye nobatnhi aati.. By the way aap dobara se ise withdraw krke contested divorce m ja skte ho
