Mutual Consent Divorce as soon as possible

SC category - Married on 21st March 2021- Married life not going good - no intimacy no child - Have told wife about my view but shes unable to think on it - But yes i have confirmed to carry out this marriage as both will not be happy - As days are not going good - And long days have not gone that her life will be wasted - No violence No anger - Just want guidance how should I start ?

Divorce petition can be filed only after one year of marriage and there has to be one year of separation between the parties at the time of filing of petition. Then the proceedings will be carried before the court in three motions.

hi in this case you can proceed for mutual consent divorce it takes six months to obtain the same procedure joint petition with affidavit of first motion counseling affidavit of second motion and judgement waiver of six months is given exceptional conditions

app mutual divorce le sakte ho konsi state se ho app aur kabse alag reh rahe app dono aur kaha pe rehte ho waisa jurisdiction ayega apko mutual divorce case dalne ke liye app mutual consent se divorce ke liye file karoge toh 6 months mai ho jata hai

mutual consent divorce only gets when both the parties are ready mutually. but if your wife is not ready for the same then you have to file contested divorce. once you will file contested divorce then the court will issue summon and she has to come before the court to give her decision.
