Mutual Consent Divorce as NRIs Living Apart

How can my husband and I, both NRIs living in different countries and never having lived together since our marriage registered in India 1.5 years ago, go about applying for a mutual consent divorce considering our compatibility issues and lack of love, despite our efforts to resolve the situation over the past 1.5 years?"

we can file case in Bangalore and within one week you will get divorce through video conference and you have to produce or show any adress proof in Bangalore any one of you have to show the document than only can file case in Bangalore

I understand your questions you and your husband staying NRl Deferent place so you want to disolve the marriage .my sugestions is you will file a mutual contest divorce in India because your marriage registerd in India hence you will file a case in india . if you are not possible to come to India you will give the GPA to your parents they only apear before the court you will atttend through vedio conferance to court hearing so it is possible but advocate effort is important. so thanks for asking questions.

you both send your documents of marriage, fotos to me, Have you both arrived at understanding with regard to exchange of your valuables in one another's possession? Also is there any alimony agreed upon ?
