Love cum arranged Marriage held in 2006. Male converted from hindu to muslim, from the beginning misunderstanding between them not able to live together now female asking divorce but male not willing for divorce... need legal advice.
once the person was converted to a religion then he has to follow up with. female can get divorce under dissolution of marriage under Muslims laws. If the person did not need he can file a suit for reunion.
