Mt father has filed case against my mom for giving extramarital affair

Sir/ma'am ..my father has filed a case against my mother for having extramarital affair . I know very clearly that my mother is not that type of person...My father is the one . He filed the case and my mother has to be appear in court every 18th day .if she not then she will be out in jail ..what should I do.. .There is no fault of my mother. My father is the best father but as a husband he is worst worst and worst ..plzz help me . He forced my mother to break the contact from maternal side..

first of all you should apprise us as to what kind of case has been filed against your mother then only we can help you out in the case. and if case is false then you can challenge the same in High Court for quashing the same .

as your father have alleged your mother about the character and as per the Indian law raising a finger and the character of a women without any proper evidence is a base of severe cruelty by husband against the wife I know your emotions are involved with your father and with your mother equally but unbiased this is a situations where you have to pick loved one and the act by your father can be questionable and I guarantee you that your mother cannot be in jail
