Misrepresentation of age and now threatening to file cases

Hello. I married in 2021 as per Hindu marriage act .My wife misrepresent her date of birth on educational certificates her DOB is 29/12/1991 and bio data and Kundali which she provided before marriage mentioning date of birth is 29/9/1991 and now my wife and in-laws threatening to file cases against me and also wants money I have all audio clips and Messages and all evidences against her. Can I proceed for annulment of marriage?
