Minimum time required for getting divorce

16-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
One and half years ago, my friend got married with someone just to save his life as he did two sucide attempts and his family also pressurized her to do court marriage with him. Due to some reasons she signed the papers. They never had time together and in her family no body know about that incident . From that moment she is asking him for divorce but he denies every time now her marriage is fixed with someone else and she wants to marry with the person whom her family selected but being already married she is worried. So what's the best of getting rid from him in minimum time frame.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if both the parties are amicably ready to get divorced then the time can be short i.e 13b and if you are filing a regular divorce then the process is or it takes time to get your decree this is 13a for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
