Mera pati bahut daru pita hai.daru pikar mere saath gali dena maar pit karta hai uske baad mujhe suiside karne ki dhamki bhi dete hai.joki me police me complaint nahi karu.ej baar me lock down ke time par police complaint karne gayi bhi thi but police ne. Meri complaint nahi lighi kyoki mere pati ka bhatija police me hai.aur wo fatehgarh me hi on duty par hai

agar aapki koi complain police station me nhi registered ho rahi h to aap 156(3) crpc ka application concerned court me advocate k dwara file kro or usme aap ye sbhi shikayaten likho aapka case jaroor registered hoga or aap domestic violence and mantinance bhi file kijiye apne husband k or in-law ke against

Hello... Agar police aapki complaint ni likh raha tab aap Magistrate k pas ek application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. me likh dijiye aapki sunwayi jarur hogi... Section 498A, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Under Domestic Violence Act... me likhwa dijiye...fir aapke pati koi koi bhatija kaaam ni aayega... Aur kuch relief chahiye to wo bhi bataye... aap simple FIR complaint kar saktey hai 498a and 323 , 504,506 ki FIR aapkey husband ki khilaf and domestic violence act ki tahat bhi complain kara saktey hai magistrate ki yaha yahi ek process hai nhi hote to aap 156(3) me ja kar magistrate ki yaha
