Mentally and physically torcher

My marriage going on 6 year but husband behavior to starting very rude and abusive he is torcher me mentally and his family also I feel like jail
I have a one child 3yr he is not giving money and I want to separate but he is not listen me not respect not value
you can file section 125 criminal procedure code for maintenance and you can police complain to realated police station against you husband and his family and you can complane to mahila thana and you can file complane domestic voilence against your husband and his family...etc
