Mental Stress from wife want to commit suicide

Want divorce from wife due to mental stress and no live together she do not give divirce but i want otherwise i commit suicide . My mental health is not good . I go to psychatrust weekly for this . How i take divirce from her

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein you are not willing to live in marriage with your wife due to issues between you, you can approach the family court seeking grant of divorce from your wife.

You can file for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty before the family court in the area of your local jurisdiction. Do not even thinking about committing suicide your life is way more worth than this marital dispute.
