March 18 my in-laws have been to my home and abused very badly, they showed slipper to me. Then I called 100, police been to home. They asked both parties to go to nearest PS. I been there to log the case. For some reason my lawyer dint get me logging the case. He detailed me that my wife is 7th month pregnant so ps or anyone shall be in favour to her. Also my wife is making few false allegations that I am beating her, not taking care of her .... She show some pics that she got injured, that is just a minor cut when she was in kitchen and all. How that false allegations can be proven. They are . 2. I purchased a house on loan and it's still under construction, would she be to claim as part of alimony ? In that case do I need to cancel it or sell it of ?

It is better to cancel the purchase of property in her name. Nothing will happen but as a precautionary major it is better to avoid to purchase properties in your name. Secondly file a complaint against her immediately and atleast take some bound in the police station that she will not make such false allegations against you.
