Hello! I have married a guy who has been an accused in a rape case. The rape case was filed by me n is still in the trial... This guy after coming out on bail convinced me for marriage... We had been married for 2 years since n he is troubling me for the case... N asking me to leave the house after the case... Kindly help me with a solution!
hello mam, go to your nearest police station and file a 498A complaint against your husband as he is harrassing you. if he ask you to leave the house, you can file for restitution of conjugal rights, and also ask for maintenance under 125 crpc.

in this situation you only have the option to file a case against your husband under DV act and 498a and also you can seek maintenance by filing MC or you can file a divorce seeking permeant alimony, as far as the rape case is concerned its upto you
