My divorce case is pending from last two years. Earlier my wife and in-laws were avoiding to appear in the court and now they are asking for huge monthly maintenance. Need suggestions from the expert how the proceeding can be expedited and conclusive in such scenario? Also suggest the way to give minimum or no maintenance, if possible.
The probability of maintenance or no maintenance can be told only when we go through the case file. however if you want this matter to be expedited than you yourself have to insist for shorter dates and ask your advocate if any to make sure that No date is wasted without effective hearing.

in this regard, i advice you to submit your reply to Section 24 HMA and Affidavit as the same will be directed by the court to be filed by you , and those two pleadings and affidavit are very important which will decide your maintenance in the matter.
