Hi,
As your marraige is 6 years old , you are entitled to get divorce.
Minimum requirement is 1 year.
You can file a case under sec.13 for divorce from court.
You need not require divorce from your wife.
All the best

as per your query you certainly have certain grievances and concerns. you need to send the other party a legal notice after consulting a lawyer and thereafter if the other party still chooses not to respond or reply to your legal notice you are at liberty to file a case against him / her in the court of law.
