Q: Cr.p.c 156(3) case by my father in law

Sir, meri merriage 9 dec 2018 ko hoi thi jis k chlte muje mere susraal vale mujse boht maarte peet krte the oh dahej ki mang krte the ...sir m ek poor family se hu mere husband boht rich family se hai. Par fr bhi yeh mujse punjab se merriage kr kar delhi leker gyea tha vo mera sirf missuse krte mere father in law ne mere saath boht baar jabardasti krne ki bhi kosis ki thi. Fr yeh muje 1 feb 2019 ko dhokhe se ghar chod gye..or fir muje laine nahi aaye. Fr mere husband ne talak k liye call kiya. ajj muje summn recieve hue hai k muj par cr.p.c 156(3) dhara k tehat mere father in law ne case kiya hai. M abb kya kru muje kuj nhi pata mere saath boht bada froud kr rahe hai mere paas to delhi jakar case ladne k paise bhi nhi hai ... please help me m ek amrithdari ladki hu muje insaaf dilyea jaye

Aap Delhi aakar court me Delhi legal service authority ke office me chale jaana jo ki court campus me hi hota hai. Wahan aapko ek judge Sahab jo secretary honge wo milenge. Wo aapke liye ek sarkari vakil de denge jiska saara kharch sarkar deti hai, aapka ek bhi paisa kharch nahi hoga. Aap nidar hokar Court aa jaaye.

Q: Kidnaping Of Minor Girl But No Action Has been Taken By Police .

Sir my niece has been kidnapped, and then we filed complaint at nearest police station on 18,2,2019.but no action has been taken against kidnaper so far by police and till date. So now what I should do ahead to arrest kidnaper so that kidnaper can be sent in jail. Thank you.

You have not disclosed he age of Minor, Even then you can write application to Senior Police Officer to take action immediately with your apprehensions and follow up with senior police officials. You can also file application u/s 156 (3) before CMM/CJM Court. Better you approach a criminal lawyer as early as possible.

Q: Certification of unregistered family partition in1940 by Magistrate

Religion Hindu undivided family. heriditory land in H P. A declaration by all the inheritors was submitted to the Revenue Dept for transfering the said land to the karta as per family agreement as per legal norms applicable at that time in 1945 However, the revenue dept.. failed to record the change in owenership.. Is it now possible to get the oath commissioner to certify the said old document-Declaration by Inheritors- Dated 1957

Need to see the exact documents and what does it confer? Further, how the revenue on the land is beingvpaid, any change of ownership or mutation was done thereafter. Whether the land was subject to various notifications and laws after 1957. Any impending cases on the partitions and coparceners of the joint property? Q: What to do when girl forces to marry or threatens to commit suicide?

This is all related to my brother(Hindu). My father found a girl(Hindu) on a matrimonial site for my brother but the discussion ended soon bcz my father wanted a working girl for my brother.very next day the girl searched my brother on fb and they became friends and soon into online relationship..they met once or twice in her city in a hotel. They went physical(but not to that extent) and maybe they agreed for marriage BUT now my bro knows that she was attracted by his wealth...now she is forcing him to marriage else she will suicide ...my dad tried to had talk with the girl to convince her...but she is threatening to send us jail for asking 25L dowry(we were always anti-dowry)..she launched a FIR , also complaint at women rights organisation and now police phone calls are coming at his office..she probably has all chat and call recorders ...she is threatening if he did not agree fr marriage she will continue all this drama ....pls help ....plss . waiting for your response

Q: Complaint against breach of contract to marriage.

Was in relationship with my boyfriend from past 2.5 yrs he promised me that he will marry me on basis of this promise we had sexual intercourse during our relatioship. Now he is saying you are from christian family and i am from hindu so my parents are not allowing me to marry you and i cannot go against my parents. I met with his parents and told them everything about our relationship but still they all are not ready to accept me. Kindly advice

You can file FIR against him, but it should be well drafted by the help of a lawyer. Only breach of promise to marry will not be enough if it can't be shown that he had no intent to marry you from the very beginning of the relationship, further you must understand the difference between false promise of Marriage and Non-fulfillment / breach of promise of marriage.
