Hello ,
Myself Divya from Visakhapatnam I recently got married on June 21st 2019 ... We have given 15 Lakhs Dowry and 12 Lakhs Gold and marriage & Engagement in Expensive Hotel... but now my In law (my husband Father) is harassing me for gold and also to handover my certificates my educational certificates pancard and aadharcard ... My husband is not at all listening and asking me to submit everything he asks... Here they are torturing me mentally with words and treating me lile servant... I can’t be with these people anymore I’m getting suicidal thoughts and couldn’t stop my pain... please do help me with suggestions
you can file Domestic violence case against your husband and in-laws as well you also file for maintenance MC for grant of maintenance or else you can file a divorce claiming damages and alimony, but divorce will take time

hi please don't get lost....think over what u can do.....at any circumstances dont handover your gold and certificates at any cost. tell ur husband the same thing. if he is forcing u to do ask them y they are so particular in asking gold and your certificates. if u r husband is not still understanding....u will naturally understands his nature....so proceed how need to my approaching a legal counsel for advice

1) please convene a joint meeting of family elders and ask them to resolve the issues.
2) Option B
request you to contact the nearest woman police station and lodge a complaint.
police through district legal services authority will counsel your in laws. in case option a and b fail, you can take legal steps
