Marriage legal advice for divorce.

Hi,
I got married one month back. She is not behaving properly with anyone of my family including me. Three days back she quarrelled with us and left our home. Our marriage is still not registered. Can I take divorce? Kindly advice me.

With in a year of marriage you cant take divorce, but except under certain circumstances only you can file divorce. The problem narrated in the above queation ia with regard to harrasement or mental harassement. This will Not come Under the exceptional Circumstances.
