Marriage annulment under section 12 of hma

Can I file for marriage annulment under section 12 of hma if my wife's family has hidden the following before marriage: 1. Thyroid desease of tsh 12.8 with medication of levothyroxine 75mg 2. Incurable skin desease because of which she doesn't even have fingerprint 3. Irregular periods, menstrual cycle and mood swings

There’s so many things to consider regarding file for marriage annulment u/s12 of HMA.. but on the basis of this grounds that u have discussed above is not possible to file s 12 of HMU rather u can file contested divorce r mutual divorce on this ground .. but u have to keep the evidence to prove the facts before the LD court that u hv discussed

yes, u can file 13b/ 13b(i)(ia) or section 28 , or on mutual consent. If the doctor's medical report is satisfied to submit before the court, then yes the marriage is void, or suppression of fact is a very crucial document for such a case. for further discussion u can contact me, i will guide you legally.
