Maintenance from NRI husband. No financial support

I have applied for divorce and maintenance under hindu act. I have a baby girl. My husband is narcissist and his family support all his behavior. They purposely abandoned me and deprived me from getting medical help during pregnancy. Risking my life i gave birth and now unable to live with them. I have asked for maintenence. But he being NRI gulf country is refusing the court orders. How will this proceed? I am unemployed my parents are aged and jobless. He is not supporting me financially.
