Maintenance for wife from NRI Husband

I m living in saudi Arabia and my monthly salary is 380000, my wife just left job two months back and has 25 lakhs in saving account.i have 22 months child living with my wife, she is an mba with 10 years of exp and capable to earn , in case I go for divorce how much maintenance I gave to pay considering her account balance and capable to earn
hello cleint as i can red ur issues here as you have mentioned is seems to be the serious problem .
as your question is concern is your wife can claim the maintinance amoung as per her will in the condition when she is having child of 22 months.
but been husband you can take some precautions to so that she can not claim maintinance as per her will instead of tht what ever you give she will accept if she ask for maintinance .
but before i nees to knw the reason of divorce from you side.
who will have child custody

Hi,
It’s depends upon how much she demands and what is the living status , it’s correct that she capability of eating will also be taken into consideration, but you will have to pay for rent of apartment as per your standard, school n other expenses of the child.
There are many factors to be considered.

Maintenance at divorce and alimony is subjective of the status. If you give custody of your child to her then definitely child’s protection will be upon you. However, this is entirely subjective of facts. And pay of your wife shall be considered with regard to competency
