Maintenance for me and my kids without giving divorce permanently

I hv problem with my husband's family members but he don't want to separate from them, is there a legal way to ask my husband to live with me separately? If he don't agree can i ask for maintenance for me and my kids without giving divorce for lifetime

you can file a case of maintenance against your husband. there is no embargo in that. he is bound to pay for you people. you have the give reasonable cause for not staying with your husband. with or without taking any action against the in laws you can file a case for maintenance

1. you can file the case in the family court for living separately but without divorce. 2. you have to file another case to get the maintenance of your husband is neglecting you and not giving money for your livelihood

In Indian context .. without proof of a valid reason you cannot ask husband to live away from his family / parents. and you should be having proof for it. But you can live apart from him and seek maintenance for you and child.
