Maintenance by wife on false groundgs

Sir, my wife filed a maintenance against me demanding 35000/- per month. I am a govt. employee and my net monthly salary is 34329/-. She has levelled many false allegations against me in petition. i refused to stay with her as she got beaten me by her parents calling her to my residence. Can i take benefits proving her allegations false. How much her maintenance can be if i have four dependents in addition to my wife and names of the all dependents are mentioned in my service documents. How much can be her maintenance if my monthly salary is 34329/-.Thanks
Have you filed your reply in the court. You need to write each and every allegations against her and try to convince the court that she’s the one who is wrong. She can get hardly a maintenance of around 5k because you have got other dependents also as mentioned by you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
