Hi team
Me and my wife filed 13B for mutual divorce agreeing for one time full and final payment of few lakho. Moreover another agreement made through high-court for quashing the FIR cases against me and my family.In high court order, it is mentioned about one Time payment and court directed us to get the divorce decree from lower court as per 13B.
In this case can my wife claim maintenance after divorce decree? If yes what can I do to avoid it?
Please advice.
