I have 9 year daughter so I don't want to give divorce he is government employees even I don't know what his salry if I aske he will fight his mother and sister they bothe always asking me write and give you and your husband don't have any relationship like that they will aske but now my husband asking mutual divorce but I m scared what court will say finaly court I m not agree aslo court will grand divorce madam

If you do not want to give divorce the court will not grant divorce, he has to file petition for divorce and prove certain things which is not easy and you can object and file objection, you have to engage a lawyer to defend yourself. hence please note without your consent there cannot be mutual consent divorce.

Dear Madam, To take control of an husband who is a Government Servant is very easy. You are advised to file multiple cases like Domestic violence, 498A of IPC and send the copies of the same to his higher officers and request to keep him under suspension.

if you are not interested in separation from your husband he cannot force you to agree for a mutual consent divorce, unless the terms that he offers are acceptable and interesting to you. you have not stated the reason why even his sister and mother are asking you to staff relationship with him.
